Certification of bundled small-scale projects

A single certification report can be produced for all small-scale projects within a registered bundle, provided that the bundled projects are using an overall monitoring plan and are verified in a single verification report.  This rule is set out in 4/CMP.1, Annex II, paragraph 19:

If bundled project activities are registered with an overall monitoring plan, this monitoring plan shall be implemented and each verification/certification of the emission reductions achieved shall cover all of the bundled project activities (4/CMP.1, Annex II, paragraph 19).
