5/CMP.1, Annex, paragraph 37 states the modalities and procedures for issuance of CERs also apply to issuance of tCERs and lCERs from afforestation and reforestation CDM project activities

4/CMP.1, Annex II, paragraph 11 states the modalities and procedures for issuance of CERs also apply to issuance of CERs from small-scale CDM project activities

3/CMP.1, Annex, paragraph 65 sets out the date that issuance is considered final.

The responsibility for costs of a review of a proposed issuance of CERs are set out in 4/CMP.1, Annex IV, paragraph 21 and have been clarified by the Executive Board in EB 15, Annex 12, paragraph 21.

The rule that the modalities and procedures for conducting a review of a proposed issuance of CERs also apply to reviews in relation to CERs from small-scale project activities is set out in 4/CMP.1, Annex II, paragraph 11.
