4/CMP.1, Annex II sets out that projects registered as small-scale CDM projects are entitled to use the simplified modalities and procedures for small-scale CDM project activities.

1/CMP.2, paragraph 28 clarifies the three types of small-scale project types.

4/CMP.1, Annex II, paragraph 10 provides that simplified baseline and monitoring methodologies have been developed for 14 small-scale project activity categories.

4/CMP.1, Annex II sets out that CDM modalities and procedures shall apply to small-scale CDM project activities except for its paragraphs 37 to 60, in which simplified modalities and procedures, as clarified in paragraphs 12 to 39, apply instead.
