EB 32, Annex 39, paragraph 7 sets out the specific validation requirements for PoAs.

EB 32, Annex 39, paragraph 5 provides that the coordinating/managing entity must prepare the project documentation and provide it to the DOE for validation.

EB 32, Annex 39, paragraph 6 provides that the DOE reviews then these documents and prepares a validation report.

EB 32, Annex 39, paragraph 6 sets out the role of the DOE.

EB 32, Annex 39, paragraph 7 provides that the DOE will check the provisions of the project documentation against the validation requirements.

Requirements for validation and verification reports are set out in the Validation and Verification Manual (VVM) (EB 55, Annex 1).
